Customer Success Manager

As part of the Sales & Customer Success team, you are the first point of contact for our existing customers. You will take responsibility for our B2B software matching solutions and provide support for individual requests. If you like to provide excellent support, solve problems and understand the needs of our customers, you are the right person for us.

What can you expect

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our existing customers with onboarding and the best possible use of our solutions throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Establishing long-term business relationships to turn customers into advocates, including contract renewals, quoting and price negotiations
  • Close cooperation with Sales for customer qualification according to upselling potential, and
  • Development of joint marketing measures
    Continuous analysis of customer behavior and implementation of concrete measures for internal process optimization

Your qualifications

Your profile

  • Completed studies in economics or social sciences or a comparable course of study
  • First professional experience preferably in sales, account management or customer support
  • Fluent German and English (C2) and strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for dealing with customers and interest in HR and organizational topics
  • Software affinity, service and solution orientation
  • Desirable: initial experience with ticketing or CRM software (Jira, Pipedrive)
