Challenge

educaro supports international healthcare professionals on their journey to Germany – all the way to official recognition of their qualifications. With teams and partner schools in countries like Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, India, and Tunisia, intercultural collaboration is part of educaro’s everyday reality.
At the same time, this international structure comes with a challenge: personal exchange between colleagues is limited by geographic distance and the partially remote way of working.


This raised the following questions: How can a sense of belonging emerge despite geographic distance? How can culture, values, and trust be strengthened – across borders?

 

Solution

The answer: Mystery Coffee.
Through regular, random matchings, Mystery Coffee enables personal conversations across departments and locations – without any organizational effort for colleagues.
