Getting started with mentoring with Mystery Minds is simple. Once the setup is completed, the first suitable mentor-mentee matches are created within 48 hours.

With Mystery Minds, mentoring can be implemented flexibly across organizations of different sizes. The software scales from small pilot groups to several thousand participants, nationally and internationally. It is particularly effective in organizations with around 500 or more employees.

There are two matching approaches, ranging from company defined rules to fully automated suggestions. With self selection, organizations define which people or departments can connect, which criteria apply, and which minimum requirements or matching quotas must be met. With automated matching, the software creates optimal mentor-mentee pairs based on defined criteria such as skills, experience, goals, and program parameters.

Protecting your data is our highest priority. Mystery Minds is hosted in Germany, fully GDPR compliant, and meets high security standards aligned with ISO 27001.

Yes, the mentoring software can be tested without obligation. At the beginning, we schedule a short introductory call to understand your goals and requirements and to see whether Mystery Minds is a good fit for your organization. Afterwards, a demo of 15 to 45 minutes can be arranged. If needed, a free trial phase is also possible.
