About Mystery Minds
Mystery Minds is an HR tech company based in Munich. We offer software solutions that connect employees in companies. In doing so, we promote personal exchange and internal development: with Mystery Lunch, Mystery Coffee, skill matching or onboarding solutions. More than 250 customers worldwide rely on these – including Allianz, Deutsche Bank, LVMH, McDonalds, Merck, and many more.

Mystery Minds' path
2013
Christoph Drebes and Stefan Melbinger are working in a large company and recognise an elementary problem: the departments do not talk to each other. This results in extra work, unnecessary costs and inefficient processes. This gives rise to the idea of better networking among employees with smart software: Mystery Minds is born.
2020
The world of work is turned upside down overnight: Mystery Minds develops a virtual networking solution that improves the everyday life of thousands of colleagues.
2016
Christoph and Stefan decide to leave their old jobs and concentrate entirely on Mystery Minds. They press ahead with developing solutions for better collaboration.
2022
Mystery Minds develops further innovative platforms for the new world of work. These help to connect colleagues even better and more sustainably, even across national borders.
