New, old, innovative, or unusual, we are always on the lookout for new ideas, solutions and innovations with that we can implement to improve Mystery Minds and make it more creative place.
Our joint brainstorming sessions cultivate team spirit and motivate us to pursue and realize new innovations. We are always looking to expand our range of tools to bring long-term networking solutions to the working world.
We like to think of our team of 10 people as a small family.
We do our best to maintain empathetic and constructive discourse amongst ourselves. Every member of our team is highly valued for their work and has earned their place.
Via a specially created chat channel, we highlight the achievements of our team members and regularly say #thankyou to each other.
The success of the individual is the success of the team.
We keep our promises and always do our best to meet requirements to the best of our ability in both a reliable and respectful manner. We want to create a work environment that is more personal: building a network that works for each all us.
We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers, and we are always happy to assist with any question, inquiry, or problem. We are also available to for advice and support.
Due to the constantly changing circumstances around us, we try to stay flexible. This means that we are constantly learning. We impart knowledge on each other and gain new skills through courses and seminars. As a team, we want to keep up with the times and learn from others on ways we can improve and stay current.
During our regular team meetings, we present our current projects and explain what tasks we are performing and our workflow. This gives each team member a better understanding of others' areas.
